Just because the Enclaves at the Northpoint is covered in trees and bordered by the beautiful Matab-ang River, that does not necessarily mean that you are far away from modern amenities. In fact, you can actually reach them in minutes even if you do not have your own car.
If you are worried about accessibility to medical facilities, then don’t be because the The Enclaves is just fifteen or so minutes away from the best hospitals in Bacolod. All you need to do is travel into the downtown area so you can find several hospitals and clinics in close proximity with each other. There is the Riverside Medical Center and the Doctors’ Hospital. Both of these hospitals provide excellent healthcare and are fully staffed and equipped, so you really do not have to fret about your medical needs.
Now, if you are looking for schools and colleges for your children, there are also quite a lot of them in the area. When you go into the downtown area of Bacolod City, you will find dozens of elementary schools and high schools, both public and private. You are certainly spoiled for choices when it comes to schools. If your children are already college-aged, there are also quite a few choice options available, like the Carlos Hidalo Memorial College, La Consolacion College, ABE Computer College, and the Maranatha Bible College. Regardless of what college degree your kids want to pursue, there will always be a college that will accommodate them.
Now, for the fun stuff, you can also find shopping and entertainment destinations. Bacolod has been experiencing massive economic growth in the last couple of years and you can certainly see it in the many commercial buildings that have been sprouting in the city. Speaking of commercial centers, you do not have to travel far from the Enclaves to do some shopping. There is already one mall right along the same highway that boarders the community. The District is a medium-sized mall with a dozen or so shops and a supermarket. If you are not looking for anything in particular, or if you are just doing some grocery shopping, then this place is good enough. A bonus is it is just a 5-minute drive away.
If you want a bit more substantial shopping experience, then you can just drive on over to the downtown area of Bacolod City. This will let you be bombarded with lots of commercial establishments. There are large malls like the SM City Bacolod, Robinson’s Place Bacolod, CityMall Bacolod, and many others. You will not be left wanting in terms of shopping choices. Between the huge shopping malls in the city, it will be near impossible for you not to find anything that you need.
On the other hand, if you are looking for fresh fish, produce, or meat, then you will not go wrong with paying one of the many farmer’s markets located all over the city. Whatever it is you are shopping for, you do not have to venture too far from the Enclaves to find it.
As mentioned earlier, the Enclaves is an exclusive community that is unlike anything before it. The entire compound is dotted with spaces exclusively for trees and other kinds of plant life. However, the Enclaves offers more than just that. You can also find plenty of other amenities that make it the best place to live right now.
The Enclaves has amenities that makes full use of the place’s original, natural beauty.
